Kindergarten Curriculum

Our warm and welcoming environment focuses on play. The activities we provide are designed to encourage the development of the sense of life and well-being.  Our aim is to help the children develop healthy bodies and learn to direct themselves socially, emotionally and in their thinking.

We work in a mixed age group, made up of five and six year old children, letting the first-year children observe and experience various festivals and projects. The older children are given extra developmentally-based artistic and practical projects and responsibilities.

Each day the children have free play, circle time, outside play, weekly artistic and domestic activities and storytelling. This  rhythmical environment gives a sense of security and well-being to the child.  The children feel safe and held when they know what to expect.
